PREAMBLE

These general terms and conditions apply to all requests for participation and/or attendance at the World Yachting Summit organized by M³.

As a participant in the World Yachting Summit, please read these general terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

By submitting your registration and/or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions.

 

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

  • The term “Organizer” refers to the company M³ S.A.M, whose registered office is located at L’Astoria – 26 bis Boulevard Princesse Charlotte – 98000 Monaco (hereinafter “we/our/us”).
  • The terms “Participant” or “Client” refer to any company, establishment, or individual who has submitted a complete participation request for the World Yachting Summit 2025, or any agent, representative, or employee of said company (hereinafter “you/your”).
  • The term “Visitor” refers to individuals who have purchased an entry ticket to attend the World Yachting Summit 2025.
  • The term “Event” refers to the World Yachting Summit 2025 taking place in Monaco from April 15 to 17, 2025.
  • The term “Registration” refers to the selection process and the completed form submitted by each Participant to be part of the World Yachting Summit 2025.

 

ARTICLE 2: REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

2.1 To submit a registration, all Participants must:

a) Contact the Organizer to obtain the registration form or complete the online form at worldyachtingsummit.com.
b) Complete the registration form in good faith and return it to the Organizer, duly filled out and signed.
c) Accept the evaluation by the Organizer and submit to the final and discretionary decision of M³ regarding their application.
d) Pay the full registration fee charged by the Organizer upon signing the application.
e) Upon the Organizer’s request, the Participant must provide documents and/or references confirming their professional experience in the yachting industry.

2.2 Special conditions:

  • The final decision of M³ regarding acceptance of a registration will be based on the Participant’s essential qualities.
  • Any Participant wishing to register must be up to date with any amounts owed to the Organizer for participation in previous events.
  • The registration form must include: the Participant’s company name, VAT number, address, representative’s name, and contact details.

 

ARTICLE 3: SPACE SHARING AND REPRESENTATION

3.1 Personal nature of registration

By completing the registration form, which is of an intuitu personae nature, the Participant is making a request to participate in their own name.

3.2 Restrictions

  • The Organizer does not allow space sharing with third parties.
  • No other communication support, product distribution, or materials offering visibility to a brand other than those registered on the registration form will be accepted.
  • In the case of promotion for multiple brands, the Organizer may apply additional fees per brand.

 

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 General Terms

The parties agree that the Organizer will receive participation fees in full, and that:

  • All bank fees and other transfer costs
  • Any applicable VAT will be exclusively borne by the Participant.

4.2 Payment Conditions

  • Full payment (including VAT) upon signing the registration form.
  • Payment by bank transfer to the account of M³ S.A.M.
  • Secure online payment via SOG e-commerce.

 

ARTICLE 5: USE OF SPACES

5.1 General Rules

  • Compliance with space allocation and layout.
  • Prior notification for any equipment, product, or marketing material.
  • Respect of schedules and presence throughout the event.

5.2 Installation and Dismantling

  • Adherence to delivery rules.
  • Prior approval of additional equipment.
  • Dismantling according to defined schedules.

 

ARTICLE 6: CANCELLATION

6.1 Cancellation Terms

  • 0% refund if canceled within 14 days of registration.
  • 50% refund if canceled before February 15, 2025.
  • 100% fee retention if canceled less than two months before the event.

6.2 Consequences

  • Retention of deposits depending on the case.
  • Reallocation of freed spaces.

 

ARTICLE 7: ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICES

7.1 Additional Badges

  • Additional badge: €3,600 (excl. VAT)

 

ARTICLE 8: COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL PROVISIONS AND SAFETY

8.1 General Obligations

  • Compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Adherence to safety instructions.
  • Dress code.

8.2 Intellectual Property

  • Protection of rights.
  • Restrictions on recordings.
  • Use of content.

 

ARTICLE 9: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9.1 Data Processing

  • Purposes of processing.
  • Legal basis.
  • Data recipients.

9.2 Individual Rights

  • Access, rectification, deletion.
  • Data portability.
  • Complaint to authorities.

 

ARTICLE 10: TERMINATION CLAUSE

The contractual agreement will be automatically terminated in the following cases:

  • Force majeure.
  • Damage to reputation.
  • Non-compliance with conditions.
  • Non-payment.

 

ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

The Organizer does not guarantee:

  • The specific presence of exhibitors or participants.
  • The number of participants.
  • Potential commercial benefits.
  • The condition of facilities.

 

ARTICLE 12: JURISDICTION

In case of dispute, the courts of Monaco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

ARTICLE 13: COVID AND PANDEMICS

13.1 Special Provisions

In case of cancellation due to a pandemic:

  • Organization of an online event.
  • Retention of participation fees.

13.2 Refund Options

If an online event is not feasible:

  • Postponement to the 2026 edition.
  • Refund according to specific conditions.
