The WYS has already outlined its editorial agenda for the first two editions in Monaco (April 2025) and Dubai (Spring 2026), structured around the SWOC framework: Strengths and Weaknesses, Opportunities and Challenges. This forward-thinking approach replaces the traditional SWOT analysis, providing a more dynamic outlook for the industry’s future.
A key feature of the WYS is the open nature of its agenda. Although overseen by the editorial team, participants are invited to submit proposals, which, if relevant, will be incorporated as keynotes, case studies, or within expert roundtable discussions amongst the 100 topics already predefined that relate to:

Opening Evening
Held on Monday 14th April 2025 at Monte Carlo Bay from 7pm, the WYS Welcome Cocktail Party is only for exhibitors, speakers & partners. It will be a smart casual evening for the WYS team to meet and greet the representatives from all companies taking part in the Summit, and provide the opportunity for initial networking in an informal setting prior to the actual event opening the next day.

Day One, Two and Three
Conferences, Networking Showroom and Panel Sessions
From Tuesday 15th April to Thursday 17th April 2025, both the exhibition and the entire set of plenary keynote sessions, conferences, expert roundtables, case study presentations and interviews will take place in Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. From 9am until 5pm. Light breakfast will be offered to all participants from 8.30am, with coffee breaks throughout the day. Participants are free to enjoy lunch wherever they like and set lunches will be available on site (for an extra fee), but will have to be booked in advance as seating capacity is limited.

Closing Party – Yacht Club de Monaco
Held on Wednesday 16th April 2025 at Yacht Club de Monaco from 7pm, the WYS Closing Party will be opened for WYS exhibitors, speakers, partners and VIP attendees. It takes place the evening before the last day of the event and provides another opportunity for further networking in an informal format.
When WYS closes on Thursday 17th April 2025, it will already be time to set the dates on the 2026 calendar for the second WYS edition in Dubai !
