Innov’ lounge for start-ups
The World Yachting Summit has created a specific lounge space to welcome start-ups interested in networking with yachting industry stakeholders.
To be able to take part in the WYS Innov’ Lounge, start-ups applying must provide evidence that they have been in activity for less than 5 years and have developed / are developing innovative solutions applicable to the yachting industry.
Although innovations for sustainability purposes are an obvious pathway, the WYS Innov’ Lounge is open to any start-up in any area of yachting application whose R&D has reached minimum TRL6 (Technology prototype demonstrated in relevant environment).
Start-ups validated for participation will benefit from a fully equipped dedicated area to allow for one-to-one meetings, with a screen available to display videos or images of their innovation, and the possibility to showcase brochures and a model of their innovation (subject to size, weight and volume constraints).

Other “tailor-made” registrations are possible, depending on requirements.
For example, additional registrations from the same company will stand at €3,600 per person, in order to benefit from additional speaking opportunities and participation in social events — except for Gala Dinner participation.
Companies interested in wider exhibition spaces or custom stands will benefit from discounted rates above and beyond the initial package for their participants — to enquire, contact WYS.
Subject to availability and relevance, it is possible to place a request for a speaking opportunity, which is priced at €1,800 per person / company (ex. VAT) with One Day access to the exhibition and conference center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: None of these packs includes accommodation and any transport between the event venues and hotels, airport, heliport or train station. They do not include lunches either, which can be booked separately. Please contact WYS for further information on these matters.
