Other « tailor-made » registrations are possible, depending on requirements.
For example, additional registrations from the same company will stand at €4,000 per person, in order to benefit from additional speaking opportunities, extra exhibition space and participation in social events — except for Gala Dinner participation.
Companies interested in wider exhibition spaces or custom stands will benefit from discounted rates above and beyond the initial package for their participants — to enquire, contact WYS.
Subject to availability and relevance, it is possible to place a request for a speaking opportunity, which is priced at €1,800 per person / company (ex. VAT) with One Day access to the exhibition and conference center.
Subject to availability and relevance, a special rate and exhibition setup may be proposed to start-ups after submission of an application — to enquire, contact WYS.
IMPORTANT NOTE: None of these packs includes accommodation and any transport between the event venues and hotels, airport, heliport or train station. They do not include lunches either, which can be booked separately. Please contact WYS for further information on these matters.
